We all know the old saying: “Something old, something new, something borrowed something blue”.  Whether or not you go along with that tradition, you definitely don’t want to have the same “old” wedding favors or decor at your reception and parties as all your friends did at their weddings.  That would be worse than seeing one of your friends at a party wearing the same dress as you.  At least at the party you can say you didn’t know that would happen.  Every bride wants the most special day of their life to be unique.  My advice for making this happen is to shop for new wedding favors on the market.

The great thing about the party, anniversary and wedding favors market is that it is always changing.  New ideas and designs find their way to store shelves and e-commerce pages every month.  Once you know generally what your nuptials are going to look like, you can start searching for different ways to accomplish that look.  I suggest coming up with customized designs of your own and then shopping to match that as close as possible.  If you’re using a wedding planner, make sure she or he knows exactly what you want and the price range you’re willing to pay.  I can tell you that at some points the search will feel exhausting, but once you see everything come together on your big day, it will all be worth it.
